“We are proud to be raised in Maharashtra, we are proud of the Marathi language and we are very proud of our culture”.
Marathi Diwas was celebrated on 27th February 2023. Marathi being the official language of the state, the main focus of this celebration was to promote the Maharashtrian culture amongst the Students of SMHS.
An assembly was conducted. The students recited poems, highlighted the Maharashtrian culture and showed the famous personalities who have added to the Marathi Literature. The Younger students enacted which showed how Value Education is imparted through some songs like Bal Geet.
