Vasant Panchami is celebrated on the 5th day of Magh month according to the Hindu calendar. This marks the arrival of the Spring season, as this festival is dedicated to Goddess Sarswati – THE GODDESS OF LEARNING. People worship Goddess Saraswati to get enlightened with KNOWLEDGE.
We at Sharda Mandir High School Celebrated Vasant Panchami by performing puja of Goddess Saraswati. Teachers’ enthusiasm was seen as the whole staff was colour – coordinated in yellow. Even students were engaged by performing various art & craft activities. As blessings of saraswati gram flour laddus were given to all the kids. The celebration was mesmerising.
