Ms. Sampada R. Sarkhot, B. Sc. (Chemistry) with PGDMS degree has been an educator for last two decades. After working as a teacher and a board Examiner & Moderator currently leads the entire school. As a leader she feels “Leadership is the capacity to translate vision into reality.” Her forte is integrating values in the curriculum & believes that discipline is the bridge between goals & accomplishment; where perfections that exists in each individual, which can be manifested through right guidance According to her teaching is a joyous experience for her & feels that only a teacher
can awaken joy in young creative minds.

Thus, Education is not filling the mind with a lot of facts. Perfecting the instrument and getting complete mastery of my own mind is the ideal education.
