Yoga is a way of living that aims towards ‘a healthy mind and pure soul in a healthy body’.

Physical, mental and spiritual are the three main traits of human personality; Yoga helps to promote a balanced development of all the three.  On 8th August 2017, a workshop was organized for teachers of Primary and Secondary section which covered the topics related to Mind-Body connection, Spirituality, Yoga inspiration, Yoga Techniques and Fitness. The workshop was conducted by Mr. Kush Panchal, he has done his P.HD in Dhyan Yoga and is an internationally acclaimed trainer.

This workshop will help teachers to improve a quality of life with the minimum stress, making teachers healthier and happier. Even more able and hence successful in the teaching profession.
