‘Mumbai is one of the most popular city in the world. To understand the nuts and bolts of this ‘Mayanagri’, also called as ‘the city of dreams’, the children of Sr. Kg. were given an opportunity to explore Mumbai more deeply as it was a topic of their on-going theme. An open bus ride was arranged on Saturday, 15th February 2020, as a part of their field trip. We began with a glimpse of Colaba Causeway via Gateway of India, Taj Mahal hotel to Marine Drive, oval maidan, Raja Bai tower and Chowpatty. Children enjoyed the sightseeing around the Mumbai streets. We landed at ‘Hanging Garden’& Kamla Nehru Park, where children had a snapshot at Old Lady’s Shoe. It was a delightful sight to see our students observing and enjoying the beautiful spots like ‘Haji Ali’ and ‘Worli Sea Link’ too. On their way back to school students did catch a glimpse of Nehru planetarium and Sardar Vallabhai Patel stadium. Surely this field trip deepened some thought and love for our own city and its nature.
Keep Exploring, Keep Learning..!!!
