The visit to INS Shikra formerly known as INS Kunjali an only heliport of INDIAN NAVY in Mumbai. An air station that ensures the safety of the nation’s territorial water against the foreign aggression with the help of sea king MK42B, Kamov 31 and Indian Naval Coast Gaurd Chetak helicopters
The symphonic Band Concert, an concert that showcases the versatility of the INDIAN NAVAL Band that has won accolades for their performance from all over the world. The concert that showcased national and international melody and patriotic songs was enjoyed by the students.

A day at sea for school children and veterans was organised by the Indian Navy on November 28,2016. The event was organised with an aim to give an opportunity to school children to be enthralled by the might of our warships, life at sea and by having the glimpse of various scintillating activities at sea.
It was indeed a treat to we students of std 9 of Sharda Mandir High School to experience this event and spend our day on INS TRIKAND, a Talwar-class frigate of the Indian Navy. This event included many exercises at sea such as flying operations, force protection measures, marine commando operations, demonstration by submarine and force protection measures.
When the day was slipping away, we decided to settle down for a view of the spectacular sunset. We filled our lungs with the salty, rejuvenating air of the oceans atmosphere and place alive in our mind for our next return.
