It was followed by National Anthem and melodious Nandi by the group of music teachers and students. The inaugural dance was performed by the team of choreographers. The Annual Day was woven around the theme ‘Mumbai Meri Jaan’. Students showed various specialities of this city of gold like ‘unity in diversity’, celebrating  all the festivals together etc and also focused some of the problems like child labour, problems of slum areas etc. Various dances depicted unique culture of the city of Mumbai. Dramas preformed by students in English, Hindi, Marathi and Gujarati added different colour to the celebration  The spirit of Mumbai, life of Mumbaikers , their never say die attitude, their altruistic behaviour etc. were shown through nicely interwoven scenes in the dramas. Musical elements and humour made the dramas more entertaining. The audience was impressed by the fantastic performances showcased by the students across different grades. Not only the students but parents also presented an enthralling dance performance with great enthusiasm
