At Sharada Mandir High School Co-Curricular activities like Science exhibition, Olympaid Exams(English, Maths, Science, Informatics, General knowledge, Social Studies), Dr.Homibhabha Balvaidnyanik Competition, NFLAT exam, Drawing Grade Exam, Interschool competitions, field trips gives the students an opportunity to develop particular skills and exhibit their non-academic abilities. Value Based Education
The S. M. High School truly believes that to create responsible citizens of tomorrow it is very important for our children to be deeply rooted in our value systems and our rich culture. To ensure continuous reinforcement of our values, “Value based education” will be imparted to all our students from as early as the pre-primary classes. Regular monthly seminars on social and cultural topics will be organized by the school to impart value education to both children and their parents.
Regular and Effective PTA Meetings
The S. M. High School will dedicatedly follow the organization of regular PTA meetings with allowing an active participation of parents. Open and transparent feedback will be taken in regular intervals for continuous betterment of school operations.
At S. M. High School, we believe in not limiting a child to the classroom but exposing him/her to the prevalent worldwide educational scenario by conducting many competitive examinations which when concurrently run with internal school and classroom assignments test a child’s learning in a world context. Experiential Learning has been initiated from grade 1 onwards which helps teachers deliver their curriculum in a far more creative and innovative manner to students in collaboration with trained and certified coaches. The Experiential learning program guides children in solving real life problems, using an interdisciplinary, hands-on approach. The heart of the Experiential Learning Studio lies in providing authentic projects, constructing knowledge, helping children learn experientially, and making connections between their learning and the real world.
